			The last true city loyal to [[Kenutat]]. The altars that were once erected to worship with offerings and song, now lay in decay. The harps rusting and the strings to many instruments lay dormant and broken from the cold.

			Located at the Northen tip of Ubros, Xerat is one of the smallest cities of Edalon. The cold temperatures keep the uninvited away. While many that seek to pray to [[Kenutat]] still come from around the world, the number of visitors are slowly dwindling.

			Overseen by a governor from The Qorum, it is ensured that the true values of The First lord of Edalon are kept true.

			While they do their best to maintain a neutral stance and allow many to resolve their own issues, the values of the first deity is a Lawful Good stance. Quick to site laws and legality when things are not resolved, the governor has ensured that few capital punishments are handed out.

			A small city has little crime. Visitors are few and those that do visit revere the land.

			Trade is not active in this town. The Qorum ensures needs are met as best they can. While vessels with food arrive filled, they leave empty. Rarely a vessel will leave some fresh meats or furs packed away, ready for delivery to The Qorum or to be sold in the markets of Nenvan.

			If intruders can survive the frozen waste, they are sure to find failure when the warriors of The Qorum arrive to over throw them. The immortal army has kept watchful eyes over the last city of the father.

			Believed to be the seat of power for [[Kenutat]], Xerat is relegated to solitude. The habitants view themselves as something akin to a monk guarding their monestary. While it is unclear what actual stance Kenutat would have taken, many Monks, Wizards and Paladins have sought out Xerat for training and the blessing of Kenutat.
