Their small stature deceives those who set their eyes upon them, as the Henti rise above the occasion. Their deeply scarred face strikes fear into their enemy, as their enemy begins to rethink engaging their foe.

Age/Description

Though small in stature, they are a force to be reckoned with. It is rumored that dragons think twice when they approach this foe, as the ancestral scars that run deep on their face are said to give great power. As they age, it's much less graceful then other races, appearing to be much older then they really are. Because of this, it's become difficult to determine the true age of a Henti . It's fabled that they have lived to be 120 years , but it's hard to know for sure. By the time they have reached their 16th year they appear to be in their 40's.

Their pale skin sets them apart from the other races, native and outlander alike. Their scars appearing a deep pink or maroon color across their snowy white features. The dulled tones in their eyes appear to give them an unnatural appearance, as they scan their terrain. The males tend to keep their heads shaven, reveling in the appearance of their scarred domes. The females keep their dark hair styled in such a way that would allow perfect view of their face and scars. The pride taken in the marring of their flesh for ancestors is shared across the race and most have considered it an abomination to mix with other races.

Alignment

At the time of the opening of The Portal, the Henti were known for starting the first war. As the new races began to enter Edalon, those that sought sanctuary in Henti were run out or killed. Their beliefs that the true races of Edalon are the only that belong has caused them to become more chaotic than the other inhabitants of Edalon. Many leaning toward the Chaotic Evil alignment, and looking to undo the views wrongs cause by The Portal.

After the closing or The Portal, many Henti took to seeking like minded nations. Those that did not agree with the views of the Monarchy of Hentati sought refuge in Hrisin. There they could pursue the rare passion of unity. It has become uncommon to find open minded Henti , however it is noted that they do exist.

Names

The naming rituals of the Henti have run deep in their heritage. When the scars are cast upon their faces, their name is said to be whispered by the spirits of their ancestors. In that moment, the harsh sounds of their name are released in the screams from their mouth. Hektra Levier was the most notable of the Henti . The rarely seen pro-change Henti, that assisted in the transport and creation of the Nerite Battery. His great mind and knowledge on the rare Nerite mineral is what made it possible to close the dangerous portal that was tearing Edalon apart.

Alignment

Most Henti are found to be Chaotic Evil, following the ideals of their ancestors. In rare cases, the Chaotic Neutral alignment has been found. Those Henti keep to themselves or are found in the outlying countries.

Size

They are a small race, being no taller than 4 to 5 feet in stature.

Base walking speed is 30 feet.
