Kenutat (pronounced kehn-YOO-taht), the The Father of Edalon, is believed to be the creator of the known deities. With Henat, La'Kata and the twins Marig and Vancira believed to be his actual children and Riguna believed to be a devout follower the he promoted to goddess. His love for Edalon had no limits, until his disappearance. Shortly after the war of the twins, he appearances before his followers stopped. Some still praise his name, while most have destroyed his temples and erected altars to the many other deities.
History
Mortal
There was not a time recalled that Kenutat was a mortal. Some say, he was the first of the Sempiternal. That he was always teetering on godhood and the world of Edalon gave him that blessing. Other rumors say he came from another plane or realm, creating Edalon as a safe haven for his children.
Godhood
Before the rise of his children into their status, he looked after Edalon with a gentle hand. Peace was known by all who inhabited and chaos did rage on land or sea. It was with the rise of his first born, Henat that Edalon began to know chaos. His grace was given to La'Kata, his only daughter. That she might save the world and keep it in the image of his heart. She as his favorite, and many believe he gave the last of his powers to her that she may succeed in protecting Edalon.
